Once scheduled, our first session will be considered an assessment appointment to learn more about you and your goals for therapy. If we agree that we feel like a good fit, then we will discuss treatment planning and future appointments. If we determine your needs can be better met elsewhere, I am happy to refer to other trusted colleagues who may of better help to your specific concerns.

Yes. We are in-network with Health Alliance, WebTPA, BlueCross Blue Shield, Aetna, UIUC Student Resources, and United Health Care. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Please contact us to learn more about using your health insurance and receive a cost estimate.

During our intake process, we will check your insurance benefits and provide you with an estimate of cost before your first session. We always recommend verifying your insurance coverage and benefits with your insurance company to avoid any surprise costs. If you do not have insurance, sessions are $150 per session.
