  • I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a focus on clinical mental health. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring experience from both university counseling settings and private practice. I am certified in Integrated Behavioral Health and have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

With a focus on helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, stress, trauma/PTSD, depression, and relational concerns, I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach to mental health care. I believe in a tailored approach to each person’s unique needs, integrating a variety of therapeutic techniques to guide you toward healing and growth.

My work centers on creating a safe, compassionate space where we explore your emotions, behaviors, and life patterns. Together, we will build tangible skills to foster lasting change in your life. I am committed to meeting you where you’re at, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and supporting you as you create the life and relationships you desire.

I understand that facing our struggles can be difficult, but I also know that the hardest part is often continuing to ignore the need for change. Whether you're seeking relief, healing, or growth, I am here to help you take the next step toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

*Ashley is currently only providing tele-health services.

  • I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health. I am EMDR trained, and utilize additional therapeutic approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.

I have clinical experience supporting individuals who struggle with self-esteem, relationship issues, and substance use, as well as those who have experienced domestic violence and childhood trauma. I also work with individuals diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), chronic illness, OCD and anxiety related disorders, PTSD, and Depression.

I care deeply about creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. If you're seeking someone who brings compassion and a calming presence, I’d be honored to walk with you as you begin your healing journey.

*Ellie has immediate availability and is currently accepting new clients for both in person and tele-health appointments.
