  • Lillyan Woodard, MSW

I have earned my Master of Social Work (MSW), with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health. My professional experience includes working in a forensic psychiatric hospital, where I have provided individual person-centered psychotherapy, case management, psycho-education, and recovery-oriented care using a strengths based approach.

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I provide trauma-informed care by integrating Polyvagal Theory, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices.

I have clinical experience supporting individuals navigating trauma/PTSD, OCD and anxiety related disorders, depression, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. My clinical background also includes working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, as well as those experiencing substance use concerns and co-occurring mental health concerns.

I am passionate about advocating for and empowering my clients while creating a safe space where you feel supported, respected, and genuinely heard. Every person has inherent strengths, and my goal is to help you recognize those strengths while building the confidence and skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and create the life they envision for themselves.

I am committed to meeting you where you’re at, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and supporting you as you create the life and relationships you desire.
